Movie Review: Kaadhalil Sodhappuvaadu Yeppadi? (26th Feb 2012)

Dir Balaji Mohan just started the movie's 1st scene like Holywood Mr.& Mrs. Smith but after that made it disappointed.  At one point dir himself got confused, whether Sodhappal in Kaadhal is due to girl/boy?.. which made the movie making a big 'sodhappal'.  Ultimate msg he conveys that "PURIDHAL YILLAYEL... PIRIDHAL YERPPADUM'.  Sidharth still retains the BOYS effect in his face which makes film boring.  Amala Paul did her best.  Thaman's Music is not commendable at all. 

Below average movie.

Movie Review: Muppozhudhum Un Karpanaigal (22nd Feb 2012)

Dir. Elred Kumar attempted a habitual "Psycho Thriller" with a mix of sentiment & love.   (Must recall here, ‘7g’ deserves a great salute to Dir. Selvaragavan esp. for the CLARITY)  MUK 1st half was ok but the 2nd half is too mind-numbing.  Adharva should try to perform something instead of giving stare look & same modulation of dialogues.  That way Amala Paul is OK.  GVP did not score much in songs & BG.  Santhanam somehow console the screenplay but no great hilarious track.

Movie Review: Marina (18th Feb 2012)

Dir & producer attemted a documentory on Child Education. Excellent cinematography by Vijay that produces as effect that we are LIVELY at Marina beach. Music by Girishh is not so commendable. 'Pakoda' Pandian is the hero than Siva Karthikeyan, as promoted. After 1st 1 hour the film is dragging a lot and at the end NO STRONG MESSAGE, which was expected (trustfully) from Dir.Pandiraj.

Below Average.

Lingu made a routine action packed commercial movie, where we can't expect anymore special features for film making. Yuvan rocks as usual.  Arya & Madhavan full filled what director expected.

Movie Review: Nanban (13th Jan 2012)

If you have not watched "3 Idiots" in Hindi then this will be a GOOD to watch movie. 100% remake of Hindi Version. Many places Vijay tried to imitate Amirkhan, where Vijay could have acted on his style. This imitation forces us to compare with Amirkhan performance.  Classic example to be followed is Kamal's Vasool Raja.  Overall the entire crew did well and reproduced the original at their best.
Good to watch.

Movie Review: Rajapaattai (23 Dec 2011)

Dir Suseendran took a Politically Hot subject, but messed it up by making a commercial movie.  Vikram's flashy costume is big -ve as it try to cover his elderliness.  Heroine utterly waste.
Yuvan disappoints.

Sema mokka.  Vadivelu disappoints.  One good thing is that a song sung by Simbu is missing in the film, which is visually a BLENDER.

Overall Big Flop.
